Surrey Hills Solicitors continues to monitor closely the situation and is following all relevant government and WHO advice to ensure that we are ready to adapt to the latest guidance.
Our first priority is the health and well-being of our staff, their families, and our clients. We have comprehensive business continuity procedures in place and, in light of the current situation, the majority of our staff are now working from home until further notice.
We remain fully operational and able to support clients on all their matters and do not anticipate any significant disruption to our ability to continue to do so. We are implementing call and video conferencing in place of face to face meetings for the time being. We will be happy to supply our client with details of how to set up video conferencing meetings.

Surrey Hills Solicitors are very pleased to be working with The University of Law. Our family law partner, Rachael Anderson, has conducted a few advice sessions and commented “ the advice clinic rota is an excellent way for the public to gain some initial advice from a family law solicitor whilst also giving law students some direct experience away from the classroom”.
‘FLAG’ is a free family law legal advice line based in Guildford that is managed by the Pro Bono unit at The University of Law. Volunteer family law solicitors from the local area provide free basic advice over the telephone. Students at The University of Law act as assistants and gain invaluable experience in taking initial information from clients and are then present when the volunteer solicitor provides the advice to the client.
