Bookham residents, businesses and local organisations have been debating whether or not to create a parish or village council for Bookham, Surrey. The Hampshire Association of Local Councils (HALC) held its annual conference in Southampton. The focus of the day was producing projects and Ian Davison co-presented a session on local councils working with charities to deliver services and managing schemes.
