Kate Jackson

Kate is an experienced dispute resolution and civil litigation solicitor undertaking work in a range of areas. Since completing her training contract with a specialist media firm in 2006, Kate has gone on to assist individuals and organisations with disputes relating to property, employment, debt recovery, contracts, defamation, landlord and tenant matters and possession proceedings.

Kate takes a straight forward practical approach to advising her clients, with a focus on the best outcome for the specific client.

Kate has experience of handling cases in tribunals, county courts, the high court and the Supreme Court.

Although Kate’s work is primarily contentious, she also provides non-contentious employment advice to employers and employees, including advising on contracts, procedures and settlement agreements.
